Normally used with the RT353 this was a digital voice adapter with a slot for an encryption unit. Without the BID250 Crypto unit it can be used in clear as a rather large and power hungry alternative to the 2-radio switch box or a combination of IB2 and CB2 harness boxes. - Adapter Teleprinter Radio
