British Admiralty Receiver B28
Also known as Marconi CR100 this was one of the main Royal
Navy receivers of World War 2. Coverage was 500KHz to 30MHz.
I got this set from another local Radio Amateur in Ipswich
around 1989 and for some reason never got round to using it.
It was sold on Ebay for £18 in 2009.
The front panel shows some signs of alteration and there are
two bright areas on the chassis suggesting component removal
or replacement.
